Two months ago Mr Momin carried out my triple heart bypass at the Cromwell hospital. I am incredibly grateful to him, his expert team and all the hospital staff as their expertise have given me a second chance at a normal life. I instantly knew I had chosen the right surgeon by the way all the nurses and his other colleague’s/peers spoke about him, in terms of his skill and expectation of them. Moreover I was taken by his caring attitude and genuine desire to ensure my procedure had the best outcome. He always treated me as an individual not just another patient in a long line of patients. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mr Momin, should you have need of his considerable skill and humanity.

Mr Momin was recommended to me after it was discovered I had an aneurysmal dilatation of the aortic root and the ascending aorta as well as an elongation of the thoracic aorta. He explained the diagnosis, the proposed procedure, the options and associated risks clearly and in terms that I could understand. He is very easy to talk to but the thing that sets him apart, in my opinion, is the passion and dedication he showed during and after the operation. I felt he really cared about me and the success of the operation. It’s hard to comment on the operation, but I can say that the stitches are very neat and I’ve had no pain - both of which I put down to his skill. I would recommend him unconditionally. Finally, he’s clever enough to surround himself with a great team to whom I’m immensely grateful. Thank you!

Following a heart attack in April, I had a Triple Bypass operation at Cromwell Hospital carried out by the excellent Mr Aziz Momin. He fully explained the procedure and risks and his involvement in the immediate aftercare could not have been better. He is extremely easy to talk to and clearly dedicated to his profession. His follow up appointments have been excellent, and I cannot thank him enough for all of the care and attention he has shown me. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Momin. I would also like to thank the entire nursing team at the Cromwell Hospital involved in my recovery.

I first met Mr Momin this morning (13/09/23) for an outpatients appointment at St George's prior to him performing ablation treatment for my AF. He and his staff were most welcoming and were able to ease any concerns of mine during my visit. The procedure and timetable were explained to me and I was given the chance to ask questions which were answered. He thanked me explicitly for being punctual. As a result of meeting Mr Momin I have full confidence in his abilities and the procedure I will be having.

Today was my first meeting with Mr. Momin at St.George’s, he came across with a very welcoming demeanour and went out of his way to make one feel at ease, he gave a very concise overview of the procedure I was scheduled to have, highlighted both the benefits and possible risks, but was very reassuring in explaining the time frames and expectations and long term effects the procedure will have on my overall health and subsequent improvement
